Mary and Bill are getting married in Dec 2010. Mia Sirena will be following their wedding plans leading up to the wedding.
I have just made an appointment with Father John for next week to talk about the wedding, dates, the service, etc… v excited as you can imagine!! if I am this excited at this stage who knows how crazy things will get!! The Church is called St Edmunds, it is in the city centre
1) When and Where did you meet? We met through British Gas, working together, I think in about 2005, and got engaged Dec 15th 2007!!2) How are the wedding plans coming along? I need to book an appointment with Father John at st Edmunds to actually book a date, but will be dec next year. We have sorted out best man and bridesmaids, but that’s about it, so next step is to book a date and then find a reception venue- want somewhere local, maybe the New Forest or Romsey as there are lovely hotels about!!
3) Tell me about the proposal For a Christmas present in 2007 (present for both of us) I booked us a 2 day cruise on the QE2, we went to Bruges for the day Saturday and had 2 nights on the ship. Apparently Bill had called dad and asked for permission beforehand, as he thought the setting was too romantic not to propose!! So he did, on the deck in freezing temperatures!! Then we went back inside and had a drink to celebrate, it was lovely, there was a man playing a grand piano at the bar, and Christmas lights all around, which I one of the reasons want a christmas wedding!!
4)Which Mia Sirena invites are you using Just to be a pain we’d like you to design something for us!! As we’d like it to be quite Christmassy, and as the wedding colours are white, silver and fushcia pink, it would be cool to have those colours on the invites and other bits and pieces. Something twinkly and with those colours would be lovely.

6) Anything else? Yes. I'm planning on having a commemorative bauble made for the wedding as it's going to be a christmas wedding.
